Keep all the work for the week in one place
Keep all the the work for the week in one place on Google Classroom- and reduce the number of Emails/notifications students receive:
You could:
Use google slides: one slide per week - each slide has the work for the week and this is the only document you post in google classroom first lesson of the week.
Any changes to the week can be made on the slide that students refer to. Using google slides means all previous week's work can also be viewed
Keep the slideshow in Materials on the Classwork Tab and pin it to the top
You can find a Google Slides Template in our Template Gallery - Create a new 'from a template' slideshow and you'll see the option to use the Week Planner Distance Learning Template - edit as you see fit
Here's a different way this can be done - Sample
Or:
Set one assignment per week attaching and links and a google doc for their work - make a copy for each student. Any changes you make to your POST can be seen, but note that the assignment you set as a 'copy for each student' cannot be changed.
